“I hereby authorize NPCI to retrieve from its database and display on the App, details of all the existing e-RUPI vouchers issued to me by various Issuing Banks that are linked to my mobile number registered on the App.

I understand and acknowledge that e-RUPI vouchers are issued by the Issuing Banks. Details of the e-RUPI voucher (such as value/ available balance, purpose, usage type and validity) available on the App are received by NPCI from the respective Issuing Banks. Accordingly, the respective Issuing Banks shall be responsible for resolving all queries or disputes with respect to the e-RUPI vouchers including the issuance, value/ available balance, usage type and validity thereof and NPCI shall not be liable for any claims, losses or liabilities arising in relation thereto.

These terms will form a part of and shall be read in conjunction with the BHIM Terms and Conditions.”
